Calm themselves down, or self-regulate and the importance of emotions
Girls Will Learn How To
Face their fears in an attainable, structured way to have victory over their fears.
Plus check out our parents group happening the same time as the child group.
Parents will learn how to combat their own parental anxiety, recognize their triggers, and parent their children in a way to encourage bravery and confidence.
Group runs 6 consecutive weeks starting Sept. 13 and is from 4:30-6. The total cost is $240. The group will be fun for children with games, activities, and time to practice learned skills. No sitting in straight lines here!
